• 8,463 homes for sale (Single Family, Condos, Townhouses)
• 4,208 homes under contract to close! 
•    -That's an incredible percentage of the active homes on the market
• 9,044 homes have closed so far this year (YTD)
• Median home stats:
• Median price across the area: $200,200
• Median price as a percentage of list price: 97.8%
• Median days on market: 39
• Most expensive home sold YTD: $6.54M
