Are interest rates going back up?

This time of year is normally when we see interest rates fall, but it is hard to fall when you are already laying on the ground. In a hole. At the bottom of a mine. Yep. That pretty much describes where interest rates have been these past few months. However, if you are watching and reading what is happening, you have been expecting what we are starting to see. Volatility. Rates seem to have started their dance. I call this Bouncing. Up one day. Down a bit the next week. Up again. And slowing climbing out of the hole that we have seen rates fall into in recent months.
