Steiner, Steiner, Steiner Ranch

Steiner Ranch is turning in a great showing for 2010. YTD this year Steiner has sold or contracted 312 homes (not including new home builds that did not make it to the MLS). Compared to 2009, only 242 homes sold. That is already a 29% increase in total MLS sales this year over last year! These numbers compare directly to Steiner's sales in 2007--an over-the-top year in Austin. And the story gets better. Currently, there are 99 homes that have sold or are under contract since Oct. 1st. That is a very strong showing for Q4 numbers.

Buyer are beginning to recognize the value in Steiner again, and it is full steam ahead. To those of us who know Steiner well, this is no surprise. What a wonderful community. Three exemplary elementary schools and one Exemplary middle school in the community. Walking and biking to school is common place. The new Exemplary High School, Vandergrift High is just minutes away on the edge of the community (no more driving to Cedar Park to get to high school). And what an impact this new High School has made on the community already. Many believe, as I do, that Vandergrift is going to take its place among Austin's other two Top 100 High Schools in the nation. Beside wonderful neighbors and beautiful homes, the community pools, parks and amenities are spread throughout the community. Not to mention the private boat launch, day docking and picnic area, miles and miles of hike and bike trails, and one of the most massive, pristine and beautiful greenbelt reserves in Greater Austin.
