Born to be a Realtor ®

Being born to be something means that it runs in your DNA, and your head and heart are so intrinsically tied to that profession that work is almost never work. I love being a Realtor. It is not about some Pollyanna statement of altruism or community service, but when you really enjoy your work, it is usually because you have spent decades preparing and understanding the fundamentals of your profession.  You live it and you love it. Like a person who is a natural at music, or golf or finance--that DNA is developed over many years of study of the fundamentals, and then the experience of learning how to be good at what you do. Over the years, I have studied construction, design, product marketing, business, architecture, contract law and yes, even the science of sales. When I walk into a home with a client I don't have to pretend or guess, I understand it. I understand what works, and why it works. More importantly, I am able to help my clients, both buyers and sellers, understand what works for them, and help them prioritize their home ownership decisions. It can't be about what is important to me, my tastes, or my needs. Helping clients realize their dream is about me understanding my clients needs, and then helping them better understand their needs and how those needs fit into our local real estate market.

My wife and I have lived and traveled around the world. We count Austin as one of the most exciting and comfortable cities on the planet to live, work and play. We would love to add you to our list of clients and friends.
